The Airports Authority of India has officially released a notification for the recruitment of Apprentices in Eastern India, catering to the domicile of West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Andaman & Nicobar, and Sikkim on January 12, 2024.
The application form for AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2024 will be available until January 31, 2024, on the official website at nats.education.gov.in for Graduate and Diploma and at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/ for Industrial Training Institute.
AAI Apprentice Vacancy 2024
There are a total number of 130 vacancies for Apprentice under the AAI, out of total vacancies, 30 for Graduate, 55 for Diploma and 55 for ITI. Vacancies are for RHQ(ER), Kolkata, Berhampur, Bagdogra, Bhubaneswar, Cooch Behar, Deoghar, Gaya, Jharsuguda, Patna, Pakyong, Port Blair, Raipur and Ranchi.
AAI Apprentice Eligibility Criterias 2024

Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma – One must have pursued 4 years Bachelor’s of Engineering/Technology or 3 years Diploma in any of the following from any AICTE recognised institution.

ITI – One must possess a ITI Trade certificate in Computer Operator Programming Assistant, Electrical, Mechanic, Electronics, Steno, etc, from NCVT/SCVT recognised institution.
Age Limit:
One’s age must not be below 18 and above 26 years as of December 31, 2024, and there will be upper age relaxation for Other Backward Class, Schedule Caste, Scheduled Tribes, etc, as per government rules.

AAI Apprentice Salary 2024
Candidates who will be appointed as Apprentice Graduate, Diploma and ITI will get the monthly salary of ₹15,00-, ₹12,000/- and ₹9,000/-, respectively, during the training period of only 1 year.
AAI Apprentice Selection Process 2024
Selection process for Apprentice under the AAI consists of three stages, which are Merit List and Document Verification. Candidates who need a merit list will be prepared on the basis of candidates performance in qualifying exam, those who will be shortlisted will be called for DV, and final selection list will be released.
