The upper age limit for Sr. Customer Service Executive and Customer Service Executive are 33 years and 28 years, respectively.

Candidates applying for Sr. CSE posts should be graduates under the 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized institution/ University with 5 years of experience in the area of reservation, ticketing, fares, cargo handling, etc.
