Assam CEE Registration 2024
The registration process for Combined Entrance Examination 2024 will start on 14 March 2024 on the official website of Assam Science and Technology University, whose URL is https://astu.ac.in/. If you are interested in appearing in this exam, then you must know that only those applications will be accepted, who will provide all the details and documents correctly.
Assam CEE 2024 Exam Date
The date of CCE 2024, which is going to conducted to get admission in any college of Assam for BTech course, has been officially announced by Assam Science & Technology University, this exam will be conducted on 2nd June 2024 from 11:00 am to 02:00 pm in offline mode on different exam centres with a time duration of 03 hours i.e. 180 minutes.
Assam CEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To apply to participate in the Assam Combined Entrance Examination 2024, a candidate must meet the eligibility criteria. You can check the eligibility details in terms of educational qualification and age limit from below.
Education Qualification – A student must have passed the 12th class examination from CBSE, New Delhi or AHSEC, Guwahati, with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as main subjects with a 50% score as an aggregate without any provision of the grace marking.
Age Limit – The age of a student should not be less than 17 years and not more than 21 years as on 1st August 2024, if the student belongs to the SC/ST category, then in this case his or her maximum must not be above 24 years.
Note: The aggregate score in Class 12th with PCM is only 45% for Schedule Caste and for Schedule Tribes it is just 40%.
Assam CEE 2024 Application Fee
To appear in the Combined Entrance Examination 2024 to be conducted by Assam Science and Technology University for B.Tech course, it is mandatory to pay an amount of ₹1100 for the application form submission through any of the payment methods provided online, whether he or she belongs to any General or SC/SC/OBC.
Assam CEE 2024 Exam Pattern
The Combined Entrance Examination 2024 will be conducted by Assam Science and Technology University in offline mode. A total of 120 multiple choice questions will be asked in this exam from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
There will be 40 questions from each subject, each question will carry 4 marks and one mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The total time duration for the candidates to solve all the questions will be 3 hours. The question paper will be available in English and Hindi languages.
