The applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
One must have passed the Matriculation (10th/SSC/SSLC) Exam from a recognised State or Central board.
An individual’s age must not be below 18 and above 30 years. There will be upper age relaxation as per government rules for Other Backward Class and Scheduled Tribes/Caste candidates.
