DSSSB Pharmacist Vacancy 2024
As per notification brochure released officially by the DSSSB, there are a total number of 318 vacancies for Pharmacist under the Health and Family Welfare Department, out of the total vacancy 96 are for each Unreserved and Other Backward Class, 21 from Scheduled Caste, 40 for Scheduled Tribes and 65 for Economically Weaker Section.
DSSSB Pharmacist Eligibility Criteria 2024
In order to apply online for the post of Pharmacist under the Health and Family Welfare Department an individual must meet the certain eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit, you may check the details from the table below.
Educational Qualification:
An applicant must have pursued Bachelor’s of Pharmacy from a recognised institution, and there must be Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects in Intermediate.
OR
A candidate must have passed the Intermediate (Class 12) examination with PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biography), and he or she has pursued a Diploma in Pharmacy.
Age Limit:
An applicant’s age must not be below 18 and above 30 years, and there will be upper age relaxation for reserved category candidates such as OBC and SC/ST.
