HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility for the post of Senior Executive, Engineer and Manager in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below, get the details:
Education Qualification – Candidates for Junior Executive – Chemical must hold a Diploma in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering or B.Sc. with Chemistry (Honors) with minimum 60% (UR/OBC-NC/EWS) or 50% (SC/ST/PwBD) aggregate, and for Senior Engineer and Senior Manager positions, candidates must possess a BTech/BE or MSc qualification.
Age Limit – The age limit for the Junior Executive – Chemical position is capped at 25 years. For the Senior Engineer/Manager roles requiring 6 years of experience, the upper age limit is 34 years, while for those with 12 years of experience, it’s 42 years.

The selection process for the Junior Executive position involves a Computer Based Test, followed by a Skill Test and a Personal Interview. Conversely, for Senior Manager and Senior Engineer roles, the process includes a Technical Competency Interview and a Behavioural Competency Interview, final selection will be prepared by HRRL on the basis of overall performance.
