The HSTES promotes technical education in Haryana State, the society holds examinations, admission tests, and counseling to make the admission process feasible and seamless for the students.
Candidates seeking admissions in technical private/self-financing/unaided courses of B.Tech/BE in Government colleges/ Universities of Haryana can apply for the HSTES application form. The authority will soon release the admission details and prospectus for the courses on the official website.

Eligibility for the HSTES B.Tech/BE Admission 2024
The candidates can check their eligibility to apply for the B.Tech/BE courses in various government colleges of Haryana through HSTES:
The candidates must have cleared the 12th examination with physics, mathematics, and biology/Chemistry/Technical vocational subjects as mandatory subjects.
The candidate category students must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in examinations (40% for the reserved category students).
Candidates with a Diploma in Engineering and technological courses from a recognized University/Institute can also apply for admission.
Candidates must have appeared in the 2024 JEE Mains examinations.
