Age limit

IDBI JAM Salary 2024
Candidates will get Rs. 5,000 per month throughout the six-month training period and Rs. 15,000 per month during the two-month internship period.
After completing the 8 months of training and an internship, applicants will be assimilated into the Bank and assigned as an on-the-job trainee (OJT) for a duration of four months, depending on the needs of the Bank, provided they successfully complete the PGDBF course.
Compensation will range from Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh at the time of joining the Bank’s services as Junior Assistant Manager – JAM (Grade “O”), subject to the successful completion of the PGDBF course.
