- Medical Department: Candidates must have an NMC/MCI-recognized postgraduate medical degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the respective discipline from a recognized university/institute.
- Dental Department: Candidates must have a DCI-recognized postgraduate dental degree (MDS) in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics or Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, under the UR category.
- The upper age limit is 45 years as of 10 October 2024.
