MP DTE Counselling 2024
Candidates who have passed the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2024 will be able to participate in online counselling to be held by DTE, Madhya Pradesh for BE/BTech for academic year 2024-25, it consist multiple stages which are as follows:
Registration: Students will have to register on the official website of DTE, Madhya Pradesh to participate in the counseling process for BE/BTech course for the academic year 2024-25.
Choice Filling: After the registration, candidates will have to select their preferred colleges and courses according to their preferences.
Merit List: Based on factors like JEE Main 2024 scores and other eligibility criteria, a merit list will be prepared and published on MPDTE’s webportal.
Seat Allotment: After the release of merit list, seats are allocated to candidates based on their merit rank and choices filled during to get admission.
Document Verification & Download of Allotment Letter: After seat allotment, candidates are required to verify their documents and download the allotment letter, if they are satisfied with allocated seat i.e. he or she is to get admission for BE/BTech course in the he or she has been assigned.
College Reporting: Finally, after the document verification candidates will report to the allotted colleges with a physical copy of required documents including the allotment letter and admit fee to complete the admission process.
Note: One won’t be satisfied with the allocated seat, he or she has an option of upgrading, which usually gives a chance to the candidate to secure a better seat based on merit rank or preference.

The counselling process for BE and B.Tech will be conducted by DTE, Madhya Pradesh in multiple rounds. After the completion of the counselling process of the first round, the important dates for the second round will be updated in the appropriate table.
MP DTE Counselling Fee 2024
To participate in the counselling process for admission to engineering courses in various government and private colleges of MP for academic year 2024-25, a candidate has to deposit a total amount of ₹1530/-, out of which ₹400 is processing fee, ₹1000 is partial admission fee and ₹130 is portal fees. One will be able to pay the required amount using the one of the provided payment gateway, so be ready with it.
