NALCO GET Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility criteria details for GETs in NALCO are available below.
Educational Qualification:
A candidate who is going to apply for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee in NALCO must have pursued a bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical/Production, Electrical/Power, Instrumentation/Electronics/Telecom/Electrical, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering/M.Tech. in Applied Chemistry, or MSc. Chemistry.
Additionally, he or she also has cleared GATE 2024 in relevant disciplines: Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), Instrumentation Engineering (IN), Metallurgical Engineering (MT), Chemical Engineering (CH), or Chemistry (CY).
Age Limit:
The applicants age must not be above 30 years as of April 2, 2024, and there will be upper age relaxation for 3 and 5 years for OBC (NCL) and SC/ST, respectively.
NALCO GET Application Fee 2024
The application fee for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee through GATE 2024 is set at 500 rupees. General, OBC, and EWS candidates are required to pay 500 rupees, while SC, ST, and departmental candidates have a reduced fee of 100 rupees. Applicants will be able to make the fee payment using Internet banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI methods.
NALCO GET Selection Process 2024
Selection process for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainees in NALCO consists of only a single stage, which is an Interview. Candidates who will apply through the GATE 2024 will be invited to the only stage of the selection process, and then the final selection list will be prepared on the basis of GATE 2024 and Interview with a weightage of 90 and 10, respectively.
