The application form for NIMCET 2024 will be available online for a duration of four weeks, spanning from March to April 2024, following the official release of the notification. During this period, candidates can access the form on the official website of NIMCET. Candidates must provide accurate details, upload required documents, and complete fee payment on the official website within this period.
NIMCET 2024 Exam Date
Exam date for the NIMCET 2024 will be announced officially by the NIT, Jamshedpur. It is anticipated to be held across the Nation in June 2024 at multiple exam centres with an exam time duration of 02 hours. Candidates who are going to participate in the exam will have to report at the respective exam centre with a photo identity and a physical copy of the hall ticket.
NIMCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for NIMCET 2024 in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below.
Educational Qualification:
A candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics/Statistics for a minimum of 3 years full-time or hold a B.E/B.Tech degree from a recognized university or he/she have completed a 3-year program in B.Sc/B.Sc (Hons)/BCA/BIT from Open University.
Candidates who are appearing in the final year are also eligible to participate in NIMCET 2024, it is mandatory that one’s score in the qualifying exam must be at least 60%, if he or she belongs to SC/ST, then the applicant needs only 55% as aggregate.
Age Limit:
There is no upper or lower age limit to participate in the NIMCET 2024 in order to get admission into Master’s of Computer Application.
NIMCET 2024 Application Fee
The application fee for the NIMCET 2024is ₹2500 for candidates belonging to the General and Other Backward Class (OBC). For candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PWD), it is only ₹1250.
