The High Court of Patna invites online applications from eligible candidates to fill 60 vacant posts of Translator and 20 vacant posts of Translator-cum-Proof Reader for the SUVAS cell of the court.
According to the notification, out of 20 and 60 posts of Translator -cum-proof Reader and Translator, two and one posts are reserved for Orthopedically Handicapped and Locomotor disabled candidates.

Citizenship:
The applicant should be a citizen of India or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1972 to settle in India permanently and have the relevant certificate issued by the government.
The applicant can be an Indian-origin person who migrated from Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Burma, Zambia, and the East African countries of Tanzania to settle in India permanently.
Age Limit:
The minimum age limit for the candidates to apply for the recruitment is 18 years on 1 January 2024.
The upper age limit is categorized according to the categories, maximum upper age limit is 47 years.
Educational Qualification:
The applicants must possess a graduation degree with English as one of the subjects from a recognized University.
He/she should have the essential knowledge of Hindi.
The applicant must possess a Diploma or certificate in Computer applications from a recognized institution.
The recruitment body will prefer a Law degree holder and a candidate who knows Maithili/ Urdu/ Santhali.
