PGCIL Application Fee 2024
To apply online for the post of Field Engineer (Civil / Electrical) or Company Secretary and Field Engineer (Civil / Electrical) under the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, an individual will have to pay the application fee of ₹400 and ₹300, respectively, using the debit card, credit card, NET banking or UPI.
PGCIL Selection Process 2024
Selection process for the various posts under the PGCIL consist of two stages, which are different from one another for each post.
Field Supervisor:
Duration: 1 hour
Sections and Questions:

Technical Knowledge Test: 50 questions based on Diploma syllabus in the relevant discipline.
Aptitude Test: 25 questions on logical reasoning, data interpretation, comprehension, vocabulary, data sufficiency, and numerical ability.
Type: All questions are MCQs with equal weightage (1 mark each), and no negative marking.
Qualifying Marks: 40% for Unreserved and 30% for reserved vacancies.
Language Option: Candidates can choose to appear for the Screening Test in Hindi or English.
Document Verification
Candidates who will pass the first stage of the selection process will be called for Documentation.
Field Engineer & Company Secretary:
Duration: 1 hour
Sections and Questions:
