SAIL Manager Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility criteria for the various posts of Manager and Deputy Manager in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below.
Education Qualification: A candidate has pursued full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in relevant disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Mineral Beneficiation, Mining Engineering, and others, as detailed in the official notification.
Age Limit: One’s age must not be below 35 years for any post Manager and those who are going to apply for Dy. Manager (Projects) Grade- E-2 positions must not be above 32 years, there will be upper age relaxation for 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 5 years for SC/ST.

SAIL Manager Application Fee 2024
The application for Manager or Deputy Manager, an individual will have to pay an application fee for General and OBC candidates is ₹700, with a ₹200 processing fee. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempt from the application fee, but must have to pay a ₹200 by deadline to get accepted the form.
SAIL Manager Selection Process 2024
The selection process for the post of Manager and Deputy Manager at Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro; CET, Ranchi; and Jharkhand Group of Mines consists of two stages, which will be a Computer Based Test and an Interview.
Candidates who will apply will be called for the first stage, which will be followed by the second, and then the final selection list will be prepared on the basis of the aspirants’ overall performance.
