The application form for TNSET 2024 is released officially by the MSU, Tirunelveli. To apply online, visit at https://msutnset.com/ and complete the online form with accurate personal and academic details, uploading required documents such as certificates and photo and signature, it will be available on the webportal till April 30, 2024.
TNSET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test 2024 for any of 46 subjects are available below in terms of educational qualification and age limit.
Education Qualification – One must have a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) from UGC-recognized institutions. Provisional applicants awaiting results are eligible. Ph.D. holders before September 19, 1991, get a 5% relaxation. Foreign degree holders must verify equivalence through AIU, New Delhi.
Age Limit – There is no minimum or maximum age limit to apply for any subject in the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test 2024.
It is highly recommended that candidates check the notification brochure to verify their eligibility and other details before applying online for TNSET 2024.
TNSET 2024 Application Fee
To submit the TNSET 2024 application form, candidates must pay the prescribed exam fee. General applicants must pay ₹2500, for BC/MBC/DNC, it is only ₹2000, those who belong to SC/ST/SC(A)/PwD (VI, HI, PH) will have to make a fee payment of ₹800, and third gender candidates are exempt from fees.
