UPPRPB Computer Operator Vacancy 2024
There are a total number of 930 vacancies for the post of Computer Operator under the Uttar Pradesh Police Department, out of the total, 381, 91, 249, 193, and 16 for General, Economically Weaker Section, Other Backward Class, Schedule Caste and Scheduled Tribes, respectively.

UP Police Computer Operator Eligibility Criteria 2024
To apply online for the post of Computer Operator under the Uttar Pradesh Police Department, an individual must have the required educational qualifications and meet the age limit criteria.
Educational Qualification – Intermediate with PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) stream, have passed the O Level Exam or pursued a Diploma in Computer Application/IT/Electronics Engineering.
Age Limit – One’s age must not be below 18 and above 28 years as of July 01, 2024, and there will be upper age relaxation for reserved candidates.

Those who are going to apply online for Computer Operator (Garde A) under the Uttar Pradesh Police Department, an they need to pay the application fee of ₹400/-, whether one belongs to the General or reserved category.

UP Police Computer Operator Selection Process 2024
As per the notification officially released by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, the selection process for the post of CO (Garde A) under the UP Police Department consists of multiple stages, which are Computer Based Test, Document Verification, and Medical Examination.
Note: Candidates who will apply will be called for CBT, and those who pass this exam will be called for second and third stage of the selection process, and then the final selection list will be prepared on the basis of performance in the first stage i.e. Computer Based Test.

Write exam for the post of Computer Operator will be held by the UPPRPB in the CBT mode, in which a total number of 160 multiple-choice questions will be asked from General Knowledge, Mental Aptitude, Reasoning Power and Computer Science, each question will be of 1.5 mark and to touch all MCQs, each individual will get time duration of 02 hours.
